DBA MarketingVideos.ai collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you visit MarketingVideos.ai, create an account, request access, submit Real Estate video requests, set up an agent brand profile, approve videos, connect social media accounts, subscribe, use billing tools, or contact support.

This policy applies to MarketingVideos.ai. It does not apply to websites, payment pages, authentication screens, social media platforms, AI tools, analytics providers, video services, or other third-party services that we do not control, even if they are linked from our website.

Account information: when you sign in with Google or another supported identity provider, we may receive your name, email address, account identifier, profile photo, and other basic profile details made available through the authentication provider.

Authentication and session information: we may use Supabase Auth and related cookies, tokens, or session records to keep you signed in, secure your account, and control access to protected pages.

Brand and business profile information: we may collect your agent name, brokerage, market area, logo, headshot, brand colors, contact details, licensing or disclosure details, preferred call to action, and other information used to create branded Real Estate videos.

Video request and content information: we may collect listing details, property descriptions, photos, video clips, market ideas, agent updates, captions, creative preferences, revision notes, approval decisions, and other materials you submit for video creation and social posting.

Social media connection and posting information: when you connect or authorize social accounts, we may receive account identifiers, page or profile names, permissions, tokens, posting destinations, publishing status, post URLs, captions, scheduling details, error messages, analytics signals, and related platform data needed to provide the service.

Subscription and billing information: when you subscribe, payment providers may send us customer identifiers, subscription status, plan, renewal period, invoice status, transaction status, refund or dispute status, and limited billing details. We do not store complete credit card numbers on MarketingVideos.ai servers.

Support and communications: if you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message content, account details, billing questions, attached files, and any context you choose to provide.

Technical and usage data: we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, log data, approximate location, cookies, and similar analytics or security information.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, create and maintain accounts, set up agent brand profiles, process Real Estate video requests, generate scripts and captions, create video drafts, manage revisions, collect approvals, schedule or publish approved social posts, manage subscriptions, process billing events, respond to support requests, improve the platform, prevent abuse, detect fraud, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms and Subscription Policy.

Because payment providers handle card processing, MarketingVideos.ai does not receive or store complete card numbers or full payment credentials. Payment information is transmitted through encrypted checkout and payment-management services.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate MarketingVideos.ai, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for payments and subscription management; Vercel for hosting and deployment; Google for sign-in; social media platforms for posting; AI and video generation providers; email, analytics, security, logging, and support tools; and other infrastructure providers.

Service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us, comply with law, protect their systems, prevent fraud, or as otherwise described in their own policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or security issues, to respond to disputes or chargebacks, to enforce our policies, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Real Estate video requests may be processed by AI, automation, creative production, rendering, storage, and review tools. This processing can include submitted listing data, brand assets, photos, video clips, captions, prompts, revision notes, and approval instructions.

Do not submit confidential, restricted, private, or third-party content unless you have the right to provide it and authorize us to process it for Real Estate video creation and social media posting.

When you connect a social media account or authorize posting, we use the permissions granted by that platform to prepare, schedule, publish, manage, troubleshoot, or report on approved posts. We only use those permissions to provide the service, protect the platform, comply with law, or respond to support requests.

You can remove access through your account settings when available, through the relevant social platform, or by contacting support. Removing access may prevent scheduled posts, publishing, reporting, or related account features from working.

We do not sell MarketingVideos.ai account data, brand profile details, submitted listing content, approval history, subscription status, or social posting data to unrelated third parties for their independent advertising lists.

Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly. If analytics, remarketing, or advertising tools are added, we will handle applicable opt-out rights as required by law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, maintain sessions, secure accounts, measure performance, understand usage, remember preferences, and improve the account experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent login, checkout, approvals, posting tools, dashboard features, or other parts of the site from working correctly.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, process subscriptions, support video creation and posting, preserve billing and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, accounting records, payment records, security records, dispute records, published social media posts, or archival systems for a limited period after account deletion, disconnection, or cancellation where retention is necessary or legally permitted.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale as those terms are defined by applicable law.

You can manage subscription cancellation according to the Subscription Policy. Billing tools may be provided through the MarketingVideos.ai account area or a payment provider customer portal.

Deleting an account, disconnecting a social platform, or making a privacy request does not automatically cancel a paid subscription unless cancellation is completed through the billing tools or we confirm cancellation in writing.

MarketingVideos.ai is intended for Real Estate professionals and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

MarketingVideos.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

The website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, checkout pages, authentication providers, AI tools, video tools, support tools, or other resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services. Review their policies before providing information to them.
