These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MarketingVideos.ai, including our website, Google-based account access, brand profile tools, Real Estate video request process, approval process, subscriptions, billing tools, social media posting features, and related services.

MarketingVideos.ai is operated by Inplex Technologies and Marketing LLC., Inc. DBA MarketingVideos.ai. In these Terms, MarketingVideos.ai, Inplex Technologies and Marketing LLC., Inc., we, us, and our refer to the operator of the service. You refers to any person, agent, brokerage, team, business, or visitor that accesses or uses the service.

By visiting the website, creating an account, requesting access, starting checkout, purchasing a subscription, submitting content, approving a video, or connecting a social media account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MarketingVideos.ai provides a digital Real Estate video marketing platform and related production support for busy Real Estate agents and teams. The service may include brand profile setup, listing or market-topic intake, AI-assisted script and caption generation, video creation, review and approval tools, posting preparation, scheduling support, and publishing support for connected social media platforms.

The service is digital-only unless a specific written offer says otherwise. No physical goods are shipped. Available features, production volume, turnaround times, supported platforms, approval steps, and included services may vary by plan and may change as the platform develops.

MarketingVideos.ai may use Google sign-in for account access. We may not offer local email-and-password registration. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your authenticated MarketingVideos.ai session.

You agree to provide accurate account, brand, brokerage, and billing information and to keep it current. You may not share your login, transfer your subscription, sell access, or allow another person to use your account unless a plan expressly permits team access or we approve it in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being shared, misused, used fraudulently, used to bypass payment, used to post unauthorized content, or used in a way that violates these Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all property details, claims, pricing, availability, brokerage disclosures, licensing information, fair housing sensitivity, MLS rules, association rules, advertising requirements, platform policies, and local laws before any video or caption is published.

MarketingVideos.ai does not provide legal, brokerage, MLS, fair housing, advertising, tax, financial, or compliance advice. You should verify marketing guidance with your broker, attorney, compliance team, MLS, association, and other qualified professionals before using content in your business.

We do not guarantee leads, appointments, listings, Buyers, Sellers, closings, revenue, platform reach, search ranking, social media engagement, advertising performance, or any specific business outcome.

You may submit listing information, property photos, video clips, logos, brand assets, market ideas, agent updates, brokerage information, captions, preferences, social media instructions, and other materials. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, consents, and authority needed to provide those materials and to use them for Real Estate marketing.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant MarketingVideos.ai a limited license to host, copy, process, edit, transform, display, generate derivative creative assets from, and distribute that content as needed to provide the service, create videos, manage approvals, post to connected channels, provide support, improve service quality, and comply with law.

Do not submit confidential, restricted, private, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it and permission to have us process it for video creation and posting.

The service may use AI-assisted tools to generate scripts, hooks, captions, scene plans, video drafts, thumbnails, social copy, and other creative assets. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate for a specific property, brokerage, market, or legal requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, approving, rejecting, or requesting changes to generated content before publication. Approval by you or your authorized account user may be treated as authorization to proceed with posting or delivery according to your plan and account settings.

If you connect or authorize social media accounts, you authorize MarketingVideos.ai and its service providers to access those accounts as needed to prepare, schedule, publish, manage, or report on approved posts according to your settings and instructions.

Social platforms, Google, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, AI providers, video tools, and other third-party services are owned and operated by their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, content removals, algorithm changes, API limits, pricing changes, data practices, or service decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining access to connected accounts, complying with platform terms, and ensuring that posting permissions remain accurate.

Paid access may be sold through subscription plans. Plan names, prices, billing intervals, currency, renewal terms, included video volume, posting support, and other plan details are displayed before purchase or described in a written offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store complete credit card numbers on MarketingVideos.ai servers. Payment providers may process payment details, billing information, transaction data, taxes, invoices, refunds, disputes, and subscription status according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Subscription Policy is incorporated into these Terms and controls billing, cancellation, renewal, access, and refund questions.

Subscription cancellation and refund terms are explained in the Subscription Policy. You are responsible for canceling through the account billing tools before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

Sending an email, text message, social media message, voicemail, or support request does not cancel a subscription unless we confirm the cancellation in writing or provide a different written process.

Digital service payments, renewal payments, production work, and generated content are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where MarketingVideos.ai determines that a verified billing error occurred.

You agree not to misuse the service. You may not interfere with the website, access restricted systems, bypass subscription controls, test stolen payment methods, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, violate intellectual property rights, submit unlawful or discriminatory content, or use the service for abusive, deceptive, misleading, or harmful purposes.

You may not use MarketingVideos.ai in a way that creates unusual chargebacks, excessive disputes, fraudulent transactions, security risk, regulatory risk, platform risk, or reputational risk for us, our customers, our service providers, or our payment processors.

We work to keep MarketingVideos.ai available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to any specific feature, video, integration, or social posting capability. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, security events, internet issues, and content updates may affect availability.

We may add, update, remove, reorganize, or replace content, features, plans, pricing, access rules, supported platforms, and production steps at any time. If a material price change affects an existing subscription renewal, we will provide notice where required by law or payment-network rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information related to account access, brand profiles, subscriptions, Real Estate video requests, support, usage, and social media posting features.

By using MarketingVideos.ai, you consent to our handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service and all content are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted use.

We do not warrant that any generated script, video, caption, schedule, post, or marketing recommendation will comply with every brokerage policy, MLS rule, advertising rule, Real Estate law, fair housing requirement, or social platform policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketingVideos.ai, Inplex Technologies and Marketing LLC., Inc., and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to MarketingVideos.ai during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MarketingVideos.ai, Inplex Technologies and Marketing LLC., Inc., and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, submitted content, approved posts, connected social accounts, unauthorized content use, or payment dispute caused by your conduct.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription according to the Subscription Policy. Cancellation affects future billing only unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, dispute charges improperly, share access, misuse content, create security risk, connect accounts without authority, or use the service in a way that we reasonably believe harms the platform, other users, social platforms, service providers, or our payment-processing relationships.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Inplex Technologies and Marketing LLC., Inc. and MarketingVideos.ai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The Last updated date shows when the page was last revised. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
