Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to all MarketingVideos.ai subscriptions, account access, Real Estate video creation plans, approval tools, social media posting support, connected account features, and related digital services.

MarketingVideos.ai sells digital service access and production support. Because access may begin shortly after payment and the service may include planning, generation, editing, rendered videos, social captions, approvals, and posting support, subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where MarketingVideos.ai determines that a verified billing error occurred.

By subscribing, you agree to this Subscription Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

Available plans, plan names, prices, billing intervals, currency, included access, number of videos, supported social platforms, posting frequency, revision limits, support level, and checkout terms are displayed before purchase or described in a written offer. Unless stated otherwise, prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

MarketingVideos.ai may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, promotional, discounted, trial, pilot, managed service, or other subscription plans. The exact terms shown at checkout or in the accepted written offer control the subscription you purchase.

Prices may change in the future. If a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or card-network rules. If you do not agree to a future price change, you must cancel before the renewal date.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout terms or written offer state otherwise. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MarketingVideos.ai and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each billing period until the subscription is canceled, expires, fails, or is terminated.

Your payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Renewal dates, invoice amounts, taxes, and billing details may be available in checkout, payment receipts, invoices, or the customer billing portal.

You are responsible for reviewing your renewal date and canceling before that date if you do not want another charge.

Access to account features, onboarding steps, brand profile setup, video request tools, and posting features may begin after successful payment authorization and subscription activation, subject to account verification, payment status, fraud review, and platform availability.

Some services require customer input before production can begin, including brand details, listing information, social media account authorization, brokerage disclosures, and approval instructions. Delays in providing required information may delay video creation or posting and do not create a refund right.

Your plan may include a specific number of Real Estate videos, captions, posting destinations, revisions, or support services during a billing period. Unused videos, revisions, posting opportunities, or support time may not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all video content, captions, listing details, social posts, and posting destinations before publication. If you approve content or configure auto-posting rules, we may publish according to your plan, account settings, and platform permissions.

Social platforms can reject, limit, delay, remove, or change posts for reasons outside our control. Platform restrictions, account issues, API outages, algorithm changes, or connected-account permission problems do not create a refund right.

You must cancel through the billing tools connected to your MarketingVideos.ai account when available, usually through the account area or payment provider customer portal. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Emailing, texting, calling, leaving a voicemail, sending a social media message, replying to a receipt, or submitting a support message does not cancel your subscription unless MarketingVideos.ai confirms the cancellation in writing.

For security reasons, support may not be able to access, modify, or cancel billing on your behalf. You are responsible for completing cancellation inside the billing portal when self-service billing tools are available.

Canceling stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund current or past charges.

Unless your account is terminated for misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violation, or payment risk, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period.

After the paid period ends, account access, video request tools, approval features, social posting support, scheduled publishing, and subscriber-only features may stop immediately.

All subscription payments, renewal payments, promotional payments, discounted payments, production setup fees, onboarding fees, generated video services, posting support, and digital service access purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where MarketingVideos.ai determines that a verified billing error occurred.

No refunds or credits are provided for failure to use the service, failure to submit listing information, failure to approve videos, failure to connect social media accounts, lack of internet access, changes in your business, changes in your brokerage, dissatisfaction with results, low social media engagement, accidental renewal, forgetting to cancel, duplicate accounts created by you, partial billing periods, or cancellation after a renewal charge has already processed.

No prorated refunds are provided when you cancel during a billing period. Cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue.

MarketingVideos.ai may, in its sole discretion, review a documented billing error. Examples may include a verified duplicate charge caused by our system, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or another payment-processing error that we can verify through payment records.

Approved exceptions are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor, your card network, and your financial institution.

A support conversation, refund request, or dispute does not guarantee a refund.

If a payment fails, the payment processor may retry the payment according to billing settings. We may suspend or limit access while a subscription is unpaid, incomplete, past due, disputed, canceled, expired, or otherwise inactive.

You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Updating a payment method after a failed payment does not create a refund right for prior charges.

Promotional prices, discount codes, coupons, free trials, introductory offers, or first-period discounts apply only as stated at checkout or in the written offer. Unless checkout says otherwise, the subscription renews at the regular price after the promotional, discounted, or trial period ends.

If you do not want to be charged the regular renewal price, you must cancel before the promotional, discounted, or trial period ends.

Only one promotion may be allowed per account, customer, card, email address, household, brokerage, or business unless we approve otherwise.

If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or payment provider instead of using the cancellation process, we may suspend or terminate your account, preserve billing, approval, posting, and access records, and submit evidence of the transaction, account access, policy acceptance, video production activity, and usage to the payment processor or payment network.

A chargeback does not cancel a subscription unless the payment processor or MarketingVideos.ai confirms that the subscription has been canceled. You remain responsible for canceling future renewals through the billing tools.

Subscriptions are for the account holder only unless a plan expressly allows team use. Sharing logins, sharing protected account access, using connected social accounts without authority, redistributing generated assets outside your authorized business use, bypassing subscription controls, or using payment methods without authorization may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

We may limit access or require verification if unusual login, billing, posting, or usage activity suggests misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, unauthorized social posting, or account sharing.

Production timelines, video formats, supported social platforms, caption styles, AI tools, rendering tools, posting features, approval features, and included resources may change at any time. These changes do not create a refund right.

Scheduled posts may be delayed, canceled, rejected, replaced, or moved to another format due to platform restrictions, customer approval delays, missing inputs, payment status, content concerns, technical issues, or other operational needs.

Support can answer questions and point you to account tools, but support cannot guarantee cancellation, refunds, posting, or account changes unless MarketingVideos.ai confirms the action in writing.

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The Last updated date shows when it was last revised. The policy posted at the time of your transaction and the terms shown at checkout or in the accepted written offer apply to that transaction, except where future changes are required by law or apply to future renewals after notice.
